You know what else you can do with these contests? Maybe give everyone a week to post their poem, and then on Friday put it in poll form and give it another few days so everyone can vote, that would be way fun! Everyone did a good job on theirs! Lots of creative people on this forum!

This is bothering me.
this whole contest. the way you make it up, and you decide who wins.
Wouldn't it be more fair, if you make a poll and let the people pick who wIns.

If you look at Eikoo's contest these are organized and this is well pure chaos, you have a great example.
Learn of it, create order, place your rules in a font at the top and stuff like that..

Krollie, I suggested that already to JacobandRenesmee and she said she was going to try it, so there really is no need to get upset. You have to keep in mind that a lot of people are new to forums, so not everyone is going to do things the same, or know about all the options available on a forum, ya know? I just think there are nicer ways to go about things, as a mod you should be leading by example.

You can post randomly but sometimes it's better to maybe ask help first to those who already know a bit more..

When you start a new thread, right under your title it says where you can manage your poll options. Just click on that, and it brings up everything you need

You might have to ask Eikoo, because I've never done contests on here. But you might have to do one thread where everyone posts their poems, and then make a new thread after they're all submitted and copy and paste each of the poems into the poll so people can vote.

JacobandRenesmee, I think this is a neat idea of yours and I hope you continue with it, because it's really neat to see everyone's creativity where the series is concerned. Love it! *hugs*
