i will see about making the poll but for now how about after the contest is over everybody who reads them can rate each poem? that way im not the only one picking winnners and il tally up the votes and post them here? for now atleast until i can figure out the poll thing

Topaz eyes so soft and sweet
My heart is gone,
Life with you gone is incomplete.
You left me there in the shadows of the wood
You said it was for my own damn good.
You swore that you loved me with all of your stone heart
But then you just went and tore it apart, ending a fairytale.
You should have just sucked this blood dry
For thanks to you I slowly die.
Who do I turn to, you or the pup?
The tribal sun or the eternal moonlight?
And if by heaven's chance you return to this sleepy little town,
Do I breakdown and cry or forget the pain?
